I have played 1 game with this fix, and had a much better experience than my first few games without. I do have a couple of questions on other issues I noticed:

Does this help with receivers dropping a lot of passes? Human WRs seem to drop around 4 passes a game while CPU WRs will drop ~1 (both around 30 attempts). The drops are usually the "brutal" kind... (like wide open receiver, ball bounces off their hands).

..and what about the receivers making little effort to catch the ball (like open receiver on the sideline and the ball hits them and falls to the ground). Not counted as drops since the receiver doesn't get their hands on the ball, but looks almost the same from my perspective since it was a catch-able pass that either hits the receiver in the head or the chest...
