Madden 19 Equipment: Errors/Wishlist

I dont see any sticky threads for equipment so I guess ill start my own.

couple things I would like to see in a patch or Madden 20.

ABILITY TO HAVE MIXED PRIMARY OR SECONDARY COLORED EQUIPMENT WITH COLOR RUSH UNIFORMS

Reason: Some teams such as the Pats and Steelers are wearing their color rush uniforms as alternate uniforms and there is plenty of evidence from games around the league that show players wearing any team color they want for gloves,cleats,etc.









If thats not enough evidence, then i'm at a loss for getting through to EA.


ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE INDIVIDUAL CLEAT COLORS AND SEPARATE PER PLAYER

Reason: Players don't always have the same cleat color combo during a game. If we had the ability to customize this by separating the graphics, Logo, Sole of shoe, tongue, and apply our own colors from the team color pallette this would still be within NFL rules I think. It would also bring Madden up to par with other sports franchises such as NBA2K and MLB the Show.

I’ve wanted that for awhile. U can choose specific glove color so I’m not sure what the hiccup is to have the same ability on the cleats.

P.s I’m prob the only one who knows that that bottom pic of that cleat belongs to Rob Gronkowski. He wears that colorway and all white as well

pretty sure this might be a uniform violation...but another variation of the low striped socks. Its almost like as if 80% of the players wear their striped socks like this now. It really should have been incorporated into the game by now.

another interesting look at how the socks are worn. So theres actually 3 pieces. You can wear ankle or low socks, then theres the mid sock which some players decide to put the stripes on the low or high part of the sock and then you have compression tights underneath.

low white socks with Nike symbol on them. Is this something Madden could add?

I don’t have twitter and not sure if Kane will read this but I noticed the Pats away color rush white pants were fixed in the patch! Thanks Kane! Any chance you might list what the adjustments were to the other teams uni’s? Just curious.

Anyone know if Kane has anything to do with the create a coach and the equipment and faces we are limited with? This is starting to become a long overdue item. Would like to see us be able to choose more faces and specifically if they wear a hat, visor, beanie, various types of glasses or sunglasses. We should also be able to select from a variety of hairstyles and facial hair. Is this too much to ask for? It shouldn't be.

Agreed, I dont understand why we can't do this.

If someone wears all white Nike's with a black Nike symbol, I can't reflect that in the game.

I'd appreciate it if they put the 'choose helmet' options at an angle where you can actually see what the helmet etc. actually looks like. Terrible this year. How about a zoom?

Haha! Usually I’m squinting at my TV screen like Mr. Magoo just to get a glimpse of what the mask looks like! I refuse to get off my couch every time I want to edit equipment.

I may be imagining this, but are the Super Bowl patches worn in CFM on the wrong side? Iirc they are on the right of the jerseys in game, when they should be on the left.

I don't think any of that stuff gets in Madden if it isn't NFL used,....like Bose headsets. If it were we would have a hundred things other players are signed with.
Not sure why the NFL would care that Mahomes signed on with Oakley.

Agree with everything on here. Definitely need update on how players wear socks. The compression & double/triple sock look is extremely common in the league! Also Home/Away edits is NECESSARY!

To Add to what's needed w/ socks, we need bulky socks as well as bulky sleeves. At least give us a thin band option to put around socks, players wear those to and having the thin band would at least give off the look of authenticity of the socks in the case that the socks cant be put in because of a uniform violation or something.







Also necessary is base colored cleats w/ white shoe strings. Are worn by numerous players around the league.



Another necessity is the shorter shooter sleeve that again, a lot of players wear. Shorter meaning higher above the wrist so the wrist is not covered, to be specific.
