Why has Joanna gone back to being god tier?

95-98 speed and her strike stamina is now 98 aswell.

Prior, she was on par with KK/Rose.

Now she's above them for a win over Torres?
I watched that fight, but I didn't see anything that indictated Joanna was faster (than normal. She was clearly significantly faster than Torres)

Dunno if there were other changes but those 2 stick out like a sore thumb.

Aldo L4 lead body hook is. The. Bomb!

Little saddened to see Mirko, Yoel and Whittaker still haven't got any of the moveset updates they have been shown to need in the "Missing/wrong moveset" thread.
