Restarting the Rivalries every Season.

Just a thought out there.

With the amount of times the game has changed, from Pre-USADA Bobblehead movement, to Pre-USADA Twirly Birds, to now how it is Post-USADA, the game has changed drastically and players are now all fighting at a similar level with the exception of most in the top 30. The game is in a wonderful state now, with the addition of these lunges and the ability to chain movement.

Now with the rivalries, it's gotten to points where it shows 40-40, 20-13, 11-11 etc etc.

If the overall showed during Quick Fights, that would be alright still, but how about every Season the Rivalry restarts?

I'm like 40-0 against a poor buddy of mine. He is very good at Fight Night, but he hasn't quite grasped UFC's mechanics. I salute him for continuing to try, but a reset for his sake would be nice.

But I want my 50-0 first...

Nah keep the rivalries scores intact. I like looking back on the history and knowing who I have been matched up with before.

Hmm, then maybe just keep one that shows Season Rivalry and on the side, the overall?

I love the Rivalries feature of UFC 3, one of the coolest little additions they made. I even have some of my videos on Youtube dedicated to my biggest rivalries haha

I don't want them to reset All Time rivalries, BUT I would love to see them expand upon the concept! Perhaps an entire section dedicated to Rivalries where you can review your Top 10 or Top 100 Rivalries all time; filter by Season/Weight Class; etc etc etc

I don't think it'd be a resource-heavy addition and would give online play some more replay value
