On faster speeds you have to react quick to everything because everyone is moving at a faster pace but you can play with whatever speed you are comfortable with. Right now I'm playing on Normal because there's some kind of glitch on all the other speeds with the punt and kick return where you guy glides or freezes before he takes off. There's also some kind of hesitation on handoffs to the RBs. Once they fix that I'm gonna return to Very Fast.
