If that is the case then I haven't seen it. They all complain when coming off the bench once they get to around 77 rating.Comment

Low Ego and All-Star badges definitely function in this way. Obviously if a guy is an 85 and coming off the bench he'll want a starter's role regardless of badges.
The badge you're suggestion lacks a bit of realism. If Klay Thompson spent the last 2 seasons as a 6th man in Golden State even he would be considering bouncing.Comment

Yeah but I have guys in that are 78 complaining about not starting over a guy who is younger, an 89 and a 3-time all-star.Low Ego and All-Star badges definitely function in this way. Obviously if a guy is an 85 and coming off the bench he'll want a starter's role regardless of badges.

Re: How about an "Accept Your Role" badge?
The problem there is, that 2k inflated their OVR ratings pretty much while I guess the MyLeague team didn't keep up their algorithms with it. Few years ago a 78 OVR players was considered a good starter caliber player! Of course someone of that caliber wants to start. Problem is, that in todays game, a 78 OVR is a rating for roleplayers...Comment
