You’ll have to take a look, but it’s a lot of things to make traits sync up with a player’s actual skills. High motor off for all has a huge effect on making the game less twitchy. Big Hitter off makes the hit power rating matter (stops the WWE style tackle). High Hit power players will still lay someone out. Brace for all hits on all ball carriers. All RB, WR, TE have sideline and Rac catch on. Bigger WR and TEs or WR that really attack the ball in the air have the aggressive catch on.
There’s more to it than that even. That’s just the offensive side of the ball mostly.
