I too am really enjoying the gameplay. But if Konami's motto is "The Pitch Is Ours", and that's their mission when it comes to competing with FIFA, they'll need to tighten up some of these issues.

Is anyone else experiencing psychic goalkeepers when it comes to saving penalties? In my only shootout, the keeper guessed correctly on 5 out of 6 attempts. I just got my first in-match penalty this morning and guess what? The keeper swatted it easily out of the top right corner. I'm using R2 to aim, does that tip them off? I'm clueless about this.
