NBA 2k19...How are the sliders out of the box?

I plan on buying the game after the NBA season officially starts. How close to perfection did 2k sports get with its default sliders? Which difficulty are you playing on and which sliders need raised or lowered in your opinions?

Bro ...im sincere ...the default sliders are TrAsh !!
Unrealistic paint fg % unrealistic threes the cpu just cheats all day long with bulletpasses and contested shots contact layups floaters in traffic too much reaching fouls and too much reaching by the cpu in general, it just feels like playing a cheating A.I there is no fun factor its just cheesing to stay alive against the cpu cheese . Superstar and all star both are unplayable out the box and im tired of catching slideritis again ..its a drag ! I am 2 -9 in my league online and i dont have fun anymore and i stopped playing till someone legit posts a solid slider set ..

Never ever did i play a 2k that was healthy out the box .

They also took out the option to choose manual or auto on automatic shot contest under controller settings ..why they took out that option i dont know why ...now my defenders automatically contest and are always out of position for rebounds ..

Im not satisfied with 2k gameplay and programming .

Bought live 19 and even if its not as good as 2k but i can play 10 games a day and still not frustrated or tired of playing ..i hope to catch some sliders these days because i cant play this anymore..its like they didnt test user vs cpu ..its blatant cheating.period

Fouls are trash period in NBA2k19, the game isnt calling any charging fouls, nor any shooting fouls on 3pt attempts, I have seen only 1 maybe 2 shooting fouls on midrange jumpers, and I only play 12 minute qtrs, and I have played 15 or 16 games so far.



Basically the only fouls being called are reach ins and on drives to the basket, on your release. You get maybe 1 looseball and over the back foul called per game.





Outside of the lack of fouls being called right, the gameplay is the smoothest basketball game ever made. Or it is right now, but the devs do have a tendency to ruin that aspect, when the whining starts from the casual players, who play online, who dont want the game to be realistic. So will see, but at this time gameplay is smooth, and the game looks good as well.



Also this yr they have made it so the CPU is fully utilizing the ACE system, and will make adjustments thruout the game, on even rookie setting, so no longer do you have to play on SS or HOF, to get the CPU to utilize ACE.


1 other great thing they did, is players are no longer stuck playing their primary or secondary position. Team will go small, when need be, as last night I played against the Lakers and the CPU played Lebron at C for a couple stretches thruout the game. I really love this part, and due to this, I couldnt go back to playing 18 now.
I just hope the devs fix the issues with lack of fouls I mentioned being called.

This about sums it up. I've never played a game where I've felt cheated so often. Adjusting the sliders is a must.
