How to get Converse for your CAPs (on PS4)
If you're on the PS4 and creating classic rosters and CAPs, you may want access to the Chuck Taylors and old-school Converse for your CAPS. Since we can't select Converse from the edit player screen, I uploaded a roster on the PS4 that has the Converse shoes (and I added the Pumas too since you can't select them either). You can export the DNA of the players with the shoes and then import the DNA to create your CAPs. I cleared out all of the free-agents so the players with the shoes are the only ones in free-agency for the roster and easy to find.
The roster file is named "Chucks for CAP", as the name filter for online files blocks "Converse", "Con" and "Cons". So I had to also substitute "Conner" into the player names. The players in free-agency and their shoes are :
Conner (Converse) Weapon
Conner (Converse) Fastbreak-Mid
Conner (Converse) Pro-Leather
Chuck Taylor-High
Chuck Taylor-Low
Puma Clyde-Court
For your existing CAPS, unfortunately, you'll need to re-do their appearances to get the shoes because if you import their appearance it will overwrite the shoes....at least you can keep their attributes though so you won't have to re-input everything. This will obviously only work for a custom face CAP and not a scanned face CAP.
The local DNA files are screwed up if you've deleted anyone, at least on the PS4....so the system will often try to pull up the wrong player or even one that you've deleted. The workaround I've found is to upload the DNA and then import it off the server (not the local version) and that seems to work fine on the PS4.
