I hope no one has forgotten about me! I'm still making improvements and adding players to the roster. I intend on transferring it over to MLB19 when it comes out and make the roster better than ever. PM or ask on here for more details!

I've been meaning to add to this thread. A big shout out to you bacon. The roster is a ton of fun. Players have different skill sets and personalities and it feels like a living breathing universe! I did a fantasy draft and am currently 20-11 with a four man rotation of kole Robertson , Quinn brignac, and Marty Melankon. I upped stamina slider to ten and have been having a blast. Also Reid Fortenberry is a moose and can rake! Its early going but I have a feeling this will be the first time I use the carryover feature when the new mlb show comes out. And I'm really excited to see what the pitching numbers are going to look like by the end of th season. Thanks!!

Hey! Thanks for the download and I sincerely appreciate the reply and I'm really glad to hear that you're playing with the roster. While working on the roster, I always hoped that people would pick up on how certain players have more personality and have specific skill sets.

The year-to-year save feature is one of my favorites as well. Being able to continue transferring this roster over was the main reason I have been able to continue working on it.

As for your franchise, that rotation is super strong. A four man rotation with those starters is gonna win you a ton of games. I especially like Brignac - he's a cheap lefty with a 12-6 curve and four other pitches on top of it. As for Fortenberry, he's the best offensive catcher on the roster. Absolutely mashes everything in sight and even hits for average in left-on-left matchups.

Have not forgot about this roster soon as I saw it on for 18 I have started a fantasy draft team for it and have been playing. I will put my roster on here later when im on the game.

Bacon, sorry I haven’t always said more.....your roster is a blast!

I did a fantasy draft with the Angels. Here’s some of my favs:

SS - Flash Miller (Fast like a Flash!)
CF - Paul Keys (what a stud! Mike trout clone)
LF - Dylan Clark (Played like an MVP)
C
RF - Boomer Moore - (aging & not the best fielder but still has power in his bat)
1B - Bo Sorrenson (Nice glove & Bat)

i've been using this roster for some time now. for years i have used a created fantasy team and imported them into the mlb rosters. you have helped me add another twist and I absolutely love it.

i have played many many games, but currently in my franchise, i am on game 18 due to slideritis. I'm locked in now to a set and I am loving the results.

I agree with the other poster who talked about Paul Keys. Homer Webster is an annoying gnat.

Im having brain farts now that I am at work, so i cant remember many specific players. I just finished a series against Houston. Clark and the other guy (Stephenson?) were pests. I got completely dominated by Smith, I believe he's number 5 in the rotation.

Texas is right under me in the AL west standings and they are next. looking forward to facing King Hitter.

I added two players to the Yankees to make them more exciting. I have a Barry Bonds and Randy Johnson clone on that team.

Minnesota is friggin loaded with power. And their ace is pretty sick. Can't remember his name. #2 pitcher isn't bad either. I think they're both lefties.

KC sucks and the As are loaded too.

To be honest some of the others I know who play this are in my own house. My nephew has a fantasy draft season with is friend. My dad and I stick with the default rosters. I feel like this roster has really developed an identity. The players are scaled well and they are unique without being cartoony and completely unrealistic. A fun way to improve it would be developing more specific team identities. A team that is known for speed and base stealing, or a team that is known for its defense, or a team that is about small ball, or vice versa. That and just continuing to make full use for the creative suite with any new players. Any unique stances, rating templates, or gear combos, or player looks, etc. This is the freshest roster to play with in a way.
