Not to take anything away from you or your video, but if you play online a lot you see this animation a ton and it makes the save more often than not. And it often does so with little to no real push-off to get the goalie moving side to side.

You know, I was going to try to contribute to the community this year with some things. But I have swiftly found out, that just isn't worth it. There's always someone there waiting to say, not to take anything away from this or that, But blah blah blah.

I've just grown sick of it, Sick of social media, sick of the modern attitude found here and other places like this. People just complain and criticize. I'm done.

I'll just go back to quietly lurking and enjoying the game for myself.

Bro please dont let one bad apple spoil it for the bunch... I personally have never seen that save and it makes me want to dive into the game more. Keep this content coming please. Also I saw someone post about a dedicated thread for highlights I think that would be a great idea as well. Game on!

Great Save! I loved working with goalie attributes in the last gen when we could share rosters.

I’m always hesitant to look on OS with a game I’m enjoying because inevitably someone will point out a major flaw or cheat that sticks in my head and kills the game for me.

I wasn’t suggesting you should stop posting. But when I read the title of the post and it made me click on it I was slightly downtrodden to see it was this animation and not something new, like I had anticipated. Perhaps I shouldn’t have said anything, but my comment was more directed at the game and how it is in need of some new animations and especially goaltending work.

I’m glad that you found joy in it and by no means was I knocking you. Just was stating an observation about the game itself. Apologies if you were upset.

Now that i've seen it... i had similar play a few days ago but i thought my player completely missed the goal, shooting from farther away from goal similar angle... might be i saw same save, but mistaken it for bad shot, lol.

That's awesome, I've also been playing the nhl series for about as long and I don't recall seeing that save animation. I've seen some pretty good diving saves but not that one. I just picked up NHL 19 today on my way home from work and this video has me excited. Because of some frustrating gameplay elements I've been on a Madden break for a couple of weeks now, and was getting the hockey itch the season starting back up.
