It isn't at all actually...people over-blowing things in the main forum as usual...it DID have issues early on, but I'm now using the M16 setup with zero roster edits and I have minimal gripes.
I guarantee that there are people complaining about default who are mucking around with autosubs/penalties/injury/fatigue/acc clock and calling it "default" just because the gameplay sliders are at 50.
