Re: Recorded names for edited drafts list
Would be nice if they could add generic quarterback introductions mentioning the school and name, instead of “the leader of their offense, the quarterback.”
Something like, “Jones, the second year qb out of UNLV.”https://forums.operationsports.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2049813056Originally posted by Therebelyell626I am going to create a team called "the happy town fundament rapscallions" and hurt your already diminishing image

Re: Recorded names for edited drafts list
I totally agree. Things like, "the 2019 1st overall pick", and last year's NFL MVP. Small things like that help make CFM lasting.
I edited some guys and played a bit this morning.
These are the names I heard called out from the names I edited;
QB
Gray
Carter
Fields
HB
Jackson
Cobb
WR
Cooper
Boyd
Johnson
The surprise name not called out was a Gordon at WR, I tried him several times but the announcer never called him by name. I know I had a RB named Gordon in a previous cfm that had his name called.Spike DietComment

Re: Recorded names for edited drafts list
Dumb question, but does this go into effect if we change their names manually? i.E. if my RB is called Jellybean but I change his name to Jackson, will the announcers say Jackson? Or is this just for editing their stats/appearance and keeping the name?Comment

Re: Recorded names for edited drafts list
*Gordon's name as a WR was called once on a screen pass but they still have yet to say his name as they do for the others, they often say something like; "Gray back to pass, he's looking for Cooper" but on 7-10 throws to Gordon they never said that but on the screen pass they said "hauled in by Gordon" or something similar.I totally agree. Things like, "the 2019 1st overall pick", and last year's NFL MVP. Small things like that help make CFM lasting.

They say my TE, "Stewart" so for those who played NFL HC'09, you can bring the mighty Storm Stewart into your CFM
