Just wanted to give my opinion on the newly enabled penalties.
I couldn’t handle the amount of illegal block in the back calls either, mostly due to the fact that they came on almost every outside run or play with a pulling guard.
I reduced the slider to 50 and I love what I am seeing right now. Blocks in the back are called 2-5 times a game now, but almost exclusively on returns, how it should be. But the coolest thing is, that I really see an increase of holding, false start, encroachment to an evenly distributed extent. I don’t know if the penalty sliders correlate in any way, but I just wanted to share my experience. DPI and roughing calls come very rarely, but that doesn’t really bother me. I play 11 min qtrs, with 15 seconds run off btw. Apart from the illegal block in the back slider, everything is set like armor says
