XBOX360 NHL Legacy Rosters 18-19

It's hockey time. Here's an update as of 10/14/18 for the 360. Rosters are correct for the NHL- I set the lines to best lines with no injuries. Vegas is created but you have to sub out a team if you use them.

AHL is a work in progress but tried to make most of the moves...I did not mess with any Euro leagues.

For this to work, use an editor like Horizon...have a current Legacy save on your USB for your roster. Extract my roster.


Hopefully, not too many hockey equipment issues- I did not tinker with any equipment or player appearances since you pretty much can't tell the difference anyway on a 360 and I don't have an editor with it.


Open your roster and under packages replace it with my roster file and rehash/resign.


Take 2- game freezes after 1 game- think it's because of the AHL roster lines not being done....will repost it I fix

Added some goalies to the AHL....so roster sims ahead now....please use this file instead of the previous one.

Awesome- thanks for letting me know...let me know if it freezes after a game. I had to delete some AHL players because they were too full and I think that causes it to freeze.


I'll put up a more stable roster build in a couple weeks...

I'll post an update in about a week- still finetuning a few AHL rosters and eliminating a few glitchy blue equipment players.

Thank you. This file is working better than the previous one. I'm curious how the player ratings were adjusted, thinking Giroux should be rated higher, especially after last season.

The overall ratings don't matter much- especially with created players.

I use a system based on player type.
Giroux will be higher with agility, speed, offensive awareness but lower in other areas such as blocking shots, strength, etc.

I'm using a rating system I generated for 2K roster edits. Bigger players= higher strength, balance but also lower agility, speed. I then make some adjustments based off some stats throughout the year. Not the best system but a start.

Thanks again for your work on these rosters. I am having some great games. I have only had to update a few jersey numbers and edit equipment on Butcher from NJ, which means I've been spending more time playing games and less time editing. Much appreciated!

Thanks- I'm using NHL View as the editor. In the editor, Giroux is rated a 90. I change the player numbers but it doesn't transfer over always to the game. Same with equipment- especially annoying with goalie equipment. All things considered, still a very fun to play.

thanks for editing the rosters. I am keen in using them. However, I have some issues with inporting them, even though I follow the instructions. Also, I cannot open themin NHLView (Access Violation). On the Xbox, after having worked with Horizion and its package manager, I get a message that the rosters cannot be used.



Can you give some instructions on using them (either in NHLView). Any information would be useful. Thanks for your efforts and work.

Do you already have a saved 360 file on your USB? I think the trickiest part is making sure you open that file first in Horizon. Then taking my file and replacing it under Contents in Horizon. I always rehash/resign afterwards to make sure it's under my gamertag though I don't know if that's necessary. Then save.

Let me know if you can do that first step of replacing the file...

I checked it again. I am able to download the rosters onto a USB stick and I also manage to open them through the Horizon. I replace the content with your file, rehash and save. Everything is fine so far. However, when I try to open the roster in the game, I get a message that the file is damaged and cannot be used.


Any help would be great! I would really love to play a couple of games with the updates rosters.
