Ok figured out how to decrypt files no matter what I do the buccaneers crash every time any ideas?

Seems like bucs at home uniform and jaguars away uniforms keep crashing.

Most likely this weekend. If you want, I can add an updated franchise file to control the Carolina Panthers.

For those on OFW, you first need to know your AID. I will upload encrypted but unpacked game save files that you need to repack to work with your device and PSN account. Please read here.

In my opinion, the best way to decrypt all game files is via VitaShell, read this post to decrypt your (original) game files.

About the game crashing issue, remember to apply my graphical patch to original decrypted game assets only. Always keep a backup of your original decrypted .ast files. Another user had a similar issue and seems to be solved, read his post.

I just picked up a hard copy of the game and found this thread. My vita is running firmware 3.69. Please point me in the right direction to update rosters and 2018 details.

Madden NFL 13 PS Vita 2018 Week 10 Roster Update.

This roster update is based on EA's Madden 19 ratings. College info and skin color should be correct for almost all the players that are not free agents. The free agents data base is based on rogerjinx roster updates, the rest was done from scratch as last time.

This time I have included files for OFW users too!

For those of you in OFW:

Spoiler

1. Download the file below named as "Madden-NFL13-PSVita-2018-OFW.zip" and extract its contents somewhere in your computer. This file includes 2018 Week 3 and Week 10 roster updates plus an updated franchise file controlling the Carolina Panthers. Unfortunately, we are only able to control one team in franchise files. Anyway, you can play any game of the 2018 regular season schedule. As a bonus I added a best of the best roster joining what I consider the best teams in history (in Super Bowl era) per franchise.
   
2. Apply psvimgtools to REPACK the updated game saves and replace your old game save files with these new repacked files. It is always a good idea to backup your old game saves before if you want to keep it.
3. Transfer your game back to your PS Vita/PSTV with (Q)CMA, launch the game and enjoy the rosters I have included.

The following instructions appear for the sake of completeness (providing details) only and are not needed to get updated rosters if you already know what to do.

1. Backup your game to your computer with (Q)CMA. It is always a good idea to backup your old game saves before.
2. Only if you know your PSN Id Key go to step 3, if not stay here. Get your Key (PSN Id key) from your AID here and save it in a file to keep it, you will use it more than once most likely. Your AID is a 16-digit hexadecimal number. You will find it in the APP folder. The path to find the APP folder can be identified easily in (Q)CMA settings, folders tab, Applications/Backups section.
3. Apply the psvimgtools technique to UNPACK your game saves from step 2. Please read carefully the instructions given in the link to do it. Then, you need to unpack your savedata.psvimg and decrypt your savedata.psvmd, both located in APP/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/PCSE00084/savedata. Here, "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" equals your AID you already know from step 2.
4. Replace/overwrite the proper file (just check the file names).

Not sure if I've missed this in another post, but I can't simulate past the pro bowl to get to the super bowl. I've back out to the main menu and re-loaded, gone into other menu's then back out to the main franchise menu, and I also can't play it to try and simulate it that way either. Any suggestions?

I simulated the whole season until the Super Bowl with the Bucs updated franchise file uploaded in this thread a few weeks ago with no issues. Not sure what could be your specific situation.
