Re: 2006 - 2007 Detailed Roster Complete (PS4)
Continuing with my Bulls, finished the season 44-38 after the initial 1-11 start and facing the Magic in round one. Won game one in OT, had a 15 point lead in the beginning of the fourth but they decided to channel in their inner Golden State and went 65% from the field and 4/4 from 3 to get the lead but somehow we came back with a buzzer beater for the tie.
I signed Penny Hardaway mid season to get some depth for our guards and he helped a lot.
Around the league, the Nets got hit with a season injury for Kidd which resulted with them finishing 10th, Spurs had the best record with 55-27, and Pop got Coach of the Year.
KOBE GOT MVP, WOW
He may actually get 2 MVPs in this save (one of the biggest bs in NBA history, how tf does he have only 1?), he scored, get this, 36.7 POINTS PER GAME and forced the Lakers into a playoffs berth, somehow.
Randy Foye got ROTY with 19.6 PPG, KG was DPOY and Most Improved doesn’t really matter tbh.
I’m planning on making the first offseason as close to real life as I can, so draft, FA (at least big names, I won’t go for each player) etc, but afterwards I won’t bother as much, except for D-Rose and some blockbuster moves (2011 Mavs, The Decision, etc.)
What I love seeing is the sheer amount of players in the roster that have played or will play in Israel, from PJ Tucker (who spent 3 years here) to rookies Alando Tucker and DeQuan Cook, as well as Anthony Parker, Carlos Arroyo, Amar'e Stoudemire and, in a few years, Omri Casspi.
I did also go through all coaches and made some rating changes I felt were necessary, and switched all POEs to Patient Offense to slow down Pace a little.
