Following on from Tommy, once you have control of both teams you start the full game and go into the supersim option on the menu page.

Once there you change the game speed to slow from the default normal, on PS4 it’s square but not sure on Xbox or PC. Then once you resume the game you can watch the full game play by play and if you want to skip ahead or speed the game up go back into the supersim option and change the game speed again.

I’m not at home at the moment so can’t be more specific.
