2k17 Server Shut Down

What exactly does this affect? I have a 30-team MyLeague file with all custom logos, courts and uniforms. I know anything past 3 custom teams in MyLeage enables online saves, so that mean I effectively lose all of these teams/file when the shutdown occurs?

Thanks for your response. That's obviously some shady stuff pulled by 2K -- throw in some cool bells and whistles only to only allow them for a limited time. Looks like I'll go back to 2k14.

I was under the impression that if you had my league saved the logos etc... would still be available when server shut down??? This would be awful since I have several classic NBA and ABA my leagues saved. When did server shut down? I just played my league on 11/25 with all teams having custom courts and uniforms and everything was fine

If all team designs are saved to your system (only pc has this ability) then you are ok.
If you are on console with more than 5 rebrands in you myleague then most of your team art is not going to show up.

You can easily test this by disconnecting from the internet and the start up nba2k and go into your myleague to see if all your teams have logos, jerseys, etc

I'm on PS4. Would this work? I have all my rebrands saved. So if only 5 remain saved in my league, could I rebrand each team as I play them replacing a previously saved rebrand? Or are mybcredted rebrands saved only to the server and not my PS4?

Disconnected for internet... you can't even enter your saved my league seasons. This totally sucks!!! I have 2 ABA seasons and 2 70's NBA seasons saved. Created uniforms and courts that are spot on and have the settings to where the game plays great... when does server shut down?

when 16 shut down it was end of year. like Dec 31 I think.

It's terrible they don't let you play your offline modes.

It becomes an online myleague if you use more than 5 rebrands.

So technically 2K still allows you to play offline
