I've been using these in a Jets Franchise and Sam Darnold is 6-3 with 3600 yss 30 TD and 7 ints. The offense is ridiculous in every game and 2 games, we won in overtime with 45 points and one with 51.

Im hoping all these adjustments you're making will tone it down a bit. It's fun to watch the shootouts but damn, the passing is out of control and I'm not sure why.
