Cue the "Josh McDaniels to Green Bay" rumors.

As I said in the off topic thread this is pretty much expected. I also think Rodgers pretty much helped to usher in the end of McCarthy. Both guys clearly didn't try to work things out. Things had definitely gone stale AND sour in Lambeau.
