What has changed for HUM and CPU
Tackling to 42 (down from 39) for both HUM and CPU
Run Blocking for Human to 50 (down from 55)
Run Blocking For CPU to 80 (down from 90)
Illegal Block In The Back Down to 50 (from 51)
Speed Differential/Threshold to 50 (from 25)
