First game with V21 was a 28-20 win for the Eagles over the Raiders.

I am testing two games. One with offside and offensive holding to 85, the other without.

This game was with 85 offside/o-holding and everything is on point. I am mainly checking the tackle distributions on both settings to get a more realistic discrepancy.

112 tackles / 122 plays

DE/DT/LB
58 tackles

SS/FS/CB
54 tackles

Also with the higher penalty sliders I had 8 penalties called total - 4 for each team. NFL average per game, per team is about 5-8, so I'm happy with this.

Going to play another game now with no changes to any penalty sliders and everything same as OP to see how it goes.
