Indianapolis, IN - For the second week in a row, we had the top team lose again, this time at the hand of Florida State. In addition, there were many big moves in the polls this week as well.

Huge upsets include Florida State over South Carolina, Kentucky over previously ranked 3rd Florida and Washington State, who was (0-4) prior to the game, defeated Stanford. Without playing, Oregon was able to hop into 1st, and Alabama came into 2nd after losing last week to South Carolina.

Even with the bye, Central Michigan stays in first place of Tier 8. Even with Georgia State and Kent State won their second games of the season, but only Kent State picked up a point this week after defeating UMass, for their fifth defeat of the season.
Central Michigan plays Ball State this upcoming week at home in Mount Pleasant.
