Cowboys hope Amari Cooper fixes struggling offense
Dak Prescott hasn’t played his best football in 2018 to put it mildly. After 7 games, he’s posted 10 touchdowns, but with 15 interceptions and a poor 58% completion percentage. If the Cowboys want Dak to be their guy, it’s clear he’s going to need help.
Enter Amari Cooper. Acquiring his services was expensive, but it’s in an effort to save the season. It may not do much to help the struggling OL, which is leading the league in sacks allowed, but perhaps a reliable target on the outside will allow plays to develop quicker to get the ball out faster. We’ll see if the front office gets this right.
