downloaded the ps3 file about 3 or 4 times but every time I plug my usb to the ps3 the file is always corrupted. I followed step by step, even created PS3/SAVEDATA files, and still nothing.

When I get the chance I'll try and upload the roster file I use. I've done a one season dynasty with UMass (getting the Welcome to the Club trophy) with no issues. I've tested some other teams in exhibition as well w/out any crashing.

Okay I royally screwed up and somehow overwritten the file I was using with the on disc roster.
I've been tested trying to figure out which file it was, but now it's back to glitched out new teams (UMass, Tex State). I'll keep messing around, but for now I would recommend just avoiding playing as/against these teams since they'll crash your game.

I auto-adjusted all depth charts per the Week 14 poll 11/30 rosters, It turns out that UMass and Texas State do indeed crash the game. There's also a little bit of lag as the game loads the file.

And damn, as soon as I went to copy my auto-adjusted depth charts to my flashdrive to post here, I overwrote it with the old one by accident.....Guess you guys will just have to believe me. I'll get to it soon.

*PS3 file is uploaded first/ & Xbox360 roster depth charts were manually adjusted after 2 1/2 hrs going through them!

-Xbox360 Depth charts have been adjusted but some teams may need more minor adjusting ;

PS3 depth charts have most teams depth charts adjusted by WWEDX2007, but new teams updated will need more depth chart adjusting.

*It was found that Umass, Tex St, & Missouri freeze the game on loadup; I checked over older year rosters, and found 2014 and 2016 & maybe 2017? rosters also do the same thing, but 2012,2013, and 2015 were ok.
I am not sure how to fix, so we have to live with this bug for now. (not sure if it is related to player data, teams or coaching data.)

*Ever since the 11-4-18 Update, I Fixed the strange purple greenish menu font colors and Playbooks data after being ported wrong for the past 2 months between Sept and November. So I expect all recent updated files to be more stable than past files.

I have now updated the xbox360 roster in the post above! I spent 2+ hrs "manually" adjusting most of the Depth charts.

(note: auto adjusting depth charts will usually make things worse, so time consuming manual adjusting is needed on Xbox360 rosters.)

What did you find was the issue? I've done it 3 times now following all directions and it says this every time. I tried for NCAA 12 on that thread and got the same problem!

Did some testing to see if the Play Now crashes happen in Dynasty.

Playing/Simming as Missouri in Dynasty works great, no problems.
Playing as Texas State/UMass with an existing or created coach crashes the game, but simulating their games works without issue. (Which means if you're playing a dynasty and your team is playing one of these problematic teams, simulating the game works to continue your dynasty)

I also had an idea about the crashing, what if I decided to take a default roster and do the attributes/information of the current roster by hand? then you can transfer the data. and it might alleviate the crashing. as I'd be working in the confines of the game which is known to work fine. NCAA 13 is admittedly my first experience with a College Football game. but I'd try my hand at fixing the rosters so everyone else can enjoy playing without problems.
