For me personally, no...I will be getting '19.

I really enjoyed, and am still enjoying '18, so I'm excited to see what changes have been made to both gameplay and franchise mode in '19.

Like Jeffrey above, if they ever removed offline franchise then I would stop buying. If they ended carryover saves that would make me strongly consider not buying. But I don't foresee either of those things happening.
