When I've seen broadcasts whether it be players only or just other networks (regardless if it's NBA or other sports), at times it just seems like guys with egos more focused on their own agenda VS providing insight for the viewers.
There's some guys you'd almost forget they were a player because they transitioned into broadcasting just fine. Others you'd still view them as a former player, but not in a good way.
