I don’t get caught up and go down that rabbit hole. I design them for as pure a simulation game/feel as I can and good statistics will be a by-product.
Otherwise.....I will never play.
Stats can be and are IMO a massive trap when creating sliders.
The core game has to be solid. Sliders can’t fix stats for the most part.
The way you approach a game is the ultimate key.
Sim style is a state of mind and you following my house rules is advised.
