Why aren't stats recorded for all positions?
Probably one of the most annoying things about Madden. Why if my kicker throws a TD from a fake FG it is recorded in game, but right after it's gone forever. It's such an interesting part of the game, yet obviously overlooked.

Click on the players name and go to their stats it should be there. -

It's not there. Once you get out of the game it's gone forever unfortunately. I threw for one in the beginning of the season and it didn't register or if my WR makes a tackle after an INT that doesn't register either

That's weird. I just threw a touchdown pass with my running back then i went to click on his stats and they were there.Comment

Doesn't matter if they have the most tackles. Sacks is a different catagory just if you went to the QB stats and went to TDs. It shows numerically who has the most regardless if he has the most yards even if they don't have 100 yards but has 2 TDs. It will still show them.Last edited by Rayzaa; 03-03-2019, 09:57 PM.Comment

I've always felt that this issue is the one single thing that is preventing this game from being a video football game utopia.Comment

You can go to individual stats in the defense section and when I go to sacks, you click the X bottom on PS4 and it shows who has the most and my players are never there even if they are near the top in sacks. That's how it should work anyways.

The number of players who are listed in any category of stats -- Passing, Rushing, Defense, etc. -- is limited to a given number. I think this a memory limit in the coding. All QBs are listed under passing because there aren't so many QBs to exceed whatever the limit is. There are too many defensive players for all to be listed so one stat, Tackles, is chosen as the qualifier to be included. If your player doesn't have enough Tackles, he may not be listed even though he is a leader in Sacks. I've always found that going to the conference defensive stats, those for NFC and AFC, has always shown any sack leaders I have who didn't qualify to be listed in the total league defensive stats (NFL) because they lacked enough tackles. It does matter whether or not they have enough tackles because that's how the game deals with not having unlimited internal memory to list all players for defensive stats.Comment
