I take it to mean franchise may not get anything of significance but a couple of minor tweaks. It could be that they are resting on their laurels of gameplay to get people to swarm to buy it.
I dont know, im just guessing,.... so he is right. Could be bad or good. But i could be wrong, and hope im not right lol.
