The control is for rain AND snow. So you can’t have separate values that are needed to achieve desirable results.

You simply check or uncheck in mod manager when you load the game.

It’s pretty easy to know what the weather would be in franchise. In play now, you pick the weather so just load what you want.

My mods are always more of quality and a little extra work than being convenient and less quality.
