In career mode how can I get the umpire to say the players name such as Djokovic who I downloaded?


The umpire will say Djokovic in an exhibition match but if I start career mode they either call him some other name (if I choose to exclude duplicate players) or call him “the receiver” (if I include duplicates as I have different era Agassi’s in my roster) if he challenges


Do I need to save a specific type of player list or something? I know the game has the ability to say his proper last name, but can’t figure out how to get it to work in career mode
