This is definitely an option and one I have been considering. The problem is trying to determine the kind of spread that would have the desired affect. Determining those factors wouldn't be to hard, just a little time consuming. I am fairly certain I can accomplish this. The hard part is the draft classes. I'm on PC and Xbox One. I can make the change on PC very easily once I figure out what needs to be done. However, for Xbox One and PS4, it would have to be done the old fashioned way. Very time consuming. But something I'm am thinking about for sure.
