This has happened to me also. Usually in the last 5 minutes on field goals and kickoffs. Recently it's also happening on punts. A few times it happened in the middle of the third quarter. Been doing the super sim sometimes I take a penalty don't want to give up that timeout. Hope this gets patched ASAP.
