It's been pulled from sale on XBox Marketplace for a good while now. You wont find older titles like WWE 2K16 either.

If you owned it digitally you own it forever and should be able to redownload through your previous purchases. Games shouldn't be randomly deleting themselves from your XBox though....

I'd call support if that's actually the case.
