We use Discord as our main means of communication. Daddyleague page, podcasts and a positive culture that has success for many years now. We have a great core of owners from the past few maddens coming back as usual and looking to fill the last remaining spots. 70+ % of our owners are long term. We play 4-5 seasons and do take a break before the next madden to give owners a well needed rest for summer. One added perk we have is we have a final draft and allow the owner to carry over one player from that draft to the next madden where we create that player.
Our rules are set up to give everyone the best NON lobby experience but same time not overkill. We were a top DaddyLeague elite league two years running in M19/M18.
