Re: Madden NFL 20 Patch 1.10 Available - Patch Notes Here
Received a new live content (tuner)download under settings in the main menu. Game is playing smoother in a positive way. Cpu still not using any special moves but i assume that is something that will have to be fixed in a title update (patch) since it was broken during the last title update. Other than zone coverage being completely broken and cpu juke moves the game is playing better after the live content update. The sad thing is that EA tunes the game and doesnt give us the customer a heads up. To see if you have the most current tuner go to settings and click on live content.Comment

Brady 12/13 140 yds 1td
Allen 14/15 163 yds 2td.
So fun.
Edit: 2nd half opens with two drives of 6/6, 7/7, no runs, easy tds. I see mor of the same - defenders NOT EVEN LEAVING THEIR SPOT AFTER SNAP, absolutely ******** animations, terrible gameplay.
Im giving it to the end of next week and will not play another game until patch, but that's it. What a shame that this might be the end of this series.
What really grinds my gears is that THEY DONT NEED TO REINVENT GAMEPLAY EVERY YEAR. Take a friggen balanced game and just PORT it to the next year, adding all the stuff people want - deeper franchise, better atmosphere, and you have a great game (For me, I'd take '17 as the base).
Some heads need to roll over this release. COMPLETE GARBAGE.Last edited by Royerrulz; 09-02-2019, 07:17 PM.Comment

I believe those live content updates are commentary. They have nothing to do with gameplay and are not “tuners.”Just one man’s opinion.
I don’t actually care about any of this.Comment

Pretty sure gameplay and art/presentation are 2 separate teams, so I'm hoping they go both/and instead of either/or. No reason to cut one to promote the other.

Is it just me, or did they take out the touch pass this year?
I used it so much last year. I hate having to choose between either a bullet pass or a lob.
Now it was replaced by pump fake?

An "inbetween" press on the receiver button does a touch pass now. More than a light tap for the lob pass, less than the hold time for a bullet pass. Actually, that's been a secondary way to do touch passes for several years now.Comment

I know last year I just used the double press for touch.
I'll give that a try
