PS3 offline AP POLL WK3 rankings files are available & PS3 Preseason offline file for Dynasty purpose.
And
Xbox 360 offline AP POLL Wk3 rankings & Xbox360 Preseason offline file for Dynasty purposes.
only AP WK2 is shared online for Xbox360 again (I temporarily removed the current rankings --will update again later with a 9-13 update)

(But these files are only on 9-5-19 update; have not been updated in a week since PS3 offline file is not available yet.)
