I can say now snowdrift that the space you are using to write the name in the profile is used for something else. I think it might be equipment colors and stuff like that (but have not verified).
The space I was referring to is 70 bytes later in the file than the space you write lastname. But it is only 30 bytes. We need 60 bytes.
