    Feedback for Broken Plays

    Gents

I know a couple of people have posted on here with their personal stuff but this thread is more official because I get to get it to 2K for real.

If you've noticed any broken plays in the game post it here, the name, if you have a video post that with it.

If you notice a bug for playcalling or in plays let me know that as well so I can report it.

Please don't mess this thread up with complaints, off topic gripes, etc because it is specific to what I'm asking.

Let's make it clean and to the point so we can get our point across.

If you don't see much then great!

    Thanks to everyone who participates.

You need me to repost mine here? Or you got those? I hadn’t posted anything lately.

PUNCH 25 SPLIT. This play was called for the C but the PF got the post up.

GIVE X SHUFFLE. Play doesn’t run.

QUICK 51 SPLIT. No pass to the post option for post split action.

                Re: Feedback for Broken Plays

So Fist 24 (PNR Option) is kinda weird. If you run the play as it wants, it ends in a 5/X PNR...with the 5 being the Ball Handler. Now, being that it's a 24, and not a 25, I'm assuming that it's supposed to be the 4 instead of the 5 ending with the ball (and being that it's in the Bucks playbook, Giannis running a PNR makes just a bit more sense than Brook).

Also, the guy you actually call it for is the screener in the end (hence, the X above). Which is fine by me, as it's a good way to set up mismatches if the PNR doesn't pan out.

Don't know if that qualifies as broken, or just needs a tweak or two.

Edit: here's a link to a video, as OP requested.

I've noticed the 16 warriors don't have any of the plays they had last year.

Yeah that's not the same as ones that need to be fixed if there are any.

Here's the play-calling bug. It can happen at any time and happens EVERY GAME, several times a game. Positional plays won't trigger--you have to start the cycle over again....all while avoiding steal spam:

                      <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/6iDnOrwkBxQ" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

The Sixers playbook has ZERO post plays. Embiid has literally 2 pages of pick and roll plays.

Last year the playbook had Punch Loop 5 RIP, Punch 35 RIP, Quick 2 FIRST 71, Fist Angle Hammer and Punch Cross 5. None are there this year.

Fist Angle Hammer is still in the Suns book. I'm surprised to hear that it's not in the Sixers' as well given that they paralleled each other in a lot of ways last year.

I can't remember which one it is right now but there's another Bucks play I remember from 19 that had Brook as the PnR ball handler. I checked it this year and it was the same. I'll have to lab them again and figure out which one it is

                              Re: Feedback for Broken Plays

Guess this could fit here? But certain plays that are in the playbook are not available as options to call for the player with that play priority.

For example, Quick 5 out and Quick delay are in my playbook but do not show up as an available play for any of my players with the 3 point play priority.

Other plays do and I even tried substituting those plays for different three point plays and those new plays showed up so it’s a glitch with certain plays with Quick 5 out and Quick Delay being examples. Needs to be patched.
