All Star 6 min periods.

Only made 2 changes
1. Upped penalties to 80/55
2. CPU difficulty to 3.

I do think CPU passing could use a slight bump but I don't want this to mess with the bigger picture so might leave as is for now
Having some good competitive games with most stats on point..
