I don't have NCAA 13, but have NCAA 11 and am able so I'm assuming you should be good!

When you say mod what do you mean? Can you use the editor to implement the playoffs and edit recruits and roster data? Yes, you can. I have done it.

In my experience yes. The only difference I have found is that filtering in the editor does not work so you have to go through and find the appropriate weeks to change bowl games to do the playoff. Specifically, clicking on a column header to filter.

It is a little more time consuming at first, but if you have familiarity with the editor once you learn where to look its easy.

I use the EA Editor using Pocketscout's config. There is a modified version of his config that allows you to edit players

Where can I download it with the xml file, I found the xml for 14, but not for 13? Thank you!

Yes you can, I played around with it, and what is crazy is you can put older stadiums for the 2008-2012 game into 13. Like the old orange bowl, & legion feild. You have to figure out all the .ast file they are different than 14. Someone was going to make a xml editor for it.

How were you able to extract the ast file from the older games? I’m trying to extract uniforms from 12 and import them into 14 but when I go to find the ast files on my computer, all is see is my profile and roster files.

PS3 Game/USRDIR folder, uniforms are in the fe2ig
