Got the format from CM Hooe over in the Madden Section.

Please follow the post structure below and don't repeat bugs. If you are having the same bug - like the post. If you have a variation of the bug quote the post and state the variation. The purpose mainly was/is to keep all the bugs in a single thread instead of sifting through 10 new threads about the same topic down the line. Of course no one expected to get the infestation of bugs that were discovered within hours of the games launch.

I'm obsessed with stats and this particular error has been in the game for years now and has not been rectified:

A team wins a game 1-0, 2-0, 3-0 whatever. If one of those goals scored was an Own Goal, the Goalkeeper does NOT get awarded a Clean Sheet. Infuriates me to no end.

Platform: PC

Bug: Player begins career with 2 or 3 star skill moves (I can't remember which), once you get the achievement for +1 Skill Moves (Ball Skills - beat 75 players off dribble), the player's skill moves go to 0 stars. At this point you can't do a single skill move with the player, including basic stepovers.

Reported it to EA, it has gone unanswered so far


Platform: PC

Bug (Be Specific): While in squad window, scroll left to transfer market, search, scroll through results players then scroll back to previous page and page goes blank. Resulting in freezing the game, unable to back out nor move anywhere else, had to alt-F4 the game.

Hey guys, sorry I am new to the platform. I got FIFA 20 for Christmas and I always just play offline career mode. I know that's boring, but it's my thing. I created a manager and started my career mode, but every time I try to open it my game just freezes and crashes. It shows that I have unread emails, but I cannot open them or do anything else before it freezes and crashes. I've tried to find something on this but I was unable to. Anyone else have this issue?

Can you reproduce it? How?: During the matches sometimes the league-tables appear and the commentary talks about it. Now the issue, the commentary and the game always highlights the same team to talk about. Unfortunately, it's not my team nor do i have any relation to that team. (Bundesliga)

Bug (Be Specific): Commentator talking about own goals (ENGLISH commentary, German Text)

Game Mode Experienced In: Everywhere

Can you reproduce it? How?: It can happen (rarely, but not very rare) that the commentary shouts out an 'own goal' while trying to attempt a goal shot, doesn't matter if it's me, or the CPU-team who attempts the goalshot.

Here a 'short list' lol

Platform: PC

Bug (Be Specific):

- Stats appearing during Matches show wrong results, like the team with the best home stats, showing 0 goals made at home for all teams.

-looking at the history stats of my career, my first season i actually was 10th after 34 games (Bundesliga). The stats though, show that i was 3rd after 39 Matches.

- The second half of the bundesliga, doesn't start with the 1st game (backwards)...it's completely random. In December (first half) i played one team, which i played 3 games later again in January (second half).

- I always miss Ballon'o'dor, or best UEFA Team of the Year etc. There is no screen/stat page where i see who won what or browse back what happened earlier.

- The interviews after a match, i get weired questions sometimes, that i a winning streak, never lost f.e.

- My 2nd goalie is thankful, that i let him play and his morale goes up. Actually, he never played a single minute!
