Havent seen that one but ive had a bug since the game came out with 1B. The 1st baseman runs to first to tag but it doesnt tag anything. It actually just keeps running towards who knows where and doesnt tag 1st causing an error.

It always happens in crucial moments like a CPU on 2nd or 3rd or both.
