    Week 9 Discussion Thread

The midpoint week (for about half the league) is here.

SF @ ARZ kicks it off with TNF tonight. Really good matchup. Cards are my spoiler for the rest of the year. Wouldn’t surprise me to see them clip the Niners tonight, though another dominant performance from SF wouldn’t be news either!

MIN @ KC and NE @ BAL (SNF) are the other big highlights of the week.

Bills better handle Washington after the loss last week to Philly, or else this will be headed toward another collapse after a good start (believe it or not, we’ve had a couple over the last decade and a half).

    NFL - Buffalo Bills
    MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Extended preseason is finally over for the Patriots. Almost too late because I was fed up with motivating myself to actually care and was about ready to throw in the towel until the playoffs.

Carolina desperately needs to rebound against Tennessee this week. If they lose this one, the wheels will probably fall off again, culminating with Ron Rivera being fired and maybe a new QB next year.

This feels like a classic trap game tonight. Dominating performance last week, MNF showdown with Seattle looming next week. Need to take care of business tonight.

            Week 9 Discussion Thread

Gonna feel like a home game for the Packers this weekend in LA so hopefully we can pull out a W.

Davante is back practicing so it looks like he’s getting close to a return, which would be a huge boost for an Offense that is starting to get more comfortable.

SN: One of the best things about being a Packers Fan is that I can still catch like 70% of their games on TV without Sunday Ticket. The Vikings and Broncos games were the only ones were I had to go thru “other” methods to find them, lol.

Kittle is one of those guys we can’t lose.

He came back strong on that TD catch and run

But man, that 49er defense RUNS to the ball.

Need to sit Kittle the second half. I’m worried it’s going to be worse than expected and he’s playing on adrenaline.

Nice to see Jimmy step up.

He took that sack, but he’s been handling the pressure really well tonight

Murray is going to be really good.

One of the most talented players I’ve ever seen. He’s cut from the same cloth as Mahomes.

Good Jimmy showed up tonight. The start of an ascension or outlier? I’ve really come down on him this season, been waiting for him to flip the switch.

I've sure every scout is looking for players with baseball backgrounds who happen to play QB lol
