    All CPU recruiting

Has anyone ever done a dynasty where they let the CPU do ALL of the recruiting?
Will this make it much harder to build a program?
Do recruits improve as wins on the field mount?
Is the roster management a disaster?

Would love some insight on this, thinking it could be a steep challenge for a new dynasty.

    Re: All CPU recruiting

I always do this. When recruiting myself my teams get too good too fast. The only thing I change is recruiting emphasis so it matches the way I play with each position.

I normally find that the computer is able to build your roster if you win games, but it takes a lot longer and sometimes you find some big holes in the roster year to year, which is realistic. It has forced me to be creative with some position changes as well.

Thanks much, just revving up a whole new coaching career with this stipulation!
