I just started a new PS3 Dynasty!
The league is formatted for uniform scheduling and the most balanced situation for the BCS format.
Every conference has 12 teams. Cross divisional rivals is turned on, so every conference plays 8 conference games, with 4 out of conference games.
There are 6 independent teams: military schools, Notre Dame, BYU, and Umass.
BCS bowl bids are conference champions of
B1G Rose Bowl
ACC Orange Bowl
PAC-12 Rose Bowl
BIG-12 Fiesta Bowl
SEC Sugar Bowl
Settings are on Heisman difficulty. 5 minute quarters. default sliders.
I plan on advancing every 2 to 3 days during the week, and possibly once or twice on the weekend. We all have jobs, kids, families, so I don’t expect the league to move super fast.
As far as rules go, I’m not strict. I believe the game is meant to be played to win, and I’m not going to stand in anyone’s way of competing. So if you want to go for it on 4th down every time and kick onside kicks... go for it if you genuinely believe that’s your best path to victory. That said, please don’t abuse exploiting the CPU, fact is, it won’t help your USER vs USER skill in the long run.
