Tight Handles definitely works. It's one of my go to badges. The defenders will stumble after a combo or sizeup allowing you to get an easy bucket. Never seen stop and go activate when I had it equipped.

2klabs is iffy to me. I don't even use them as a resource anymore. I'm using the worse jumpshot they've tested so far and I green damn near everything with it. Their testing seems flukey fa real.
